Passords: a form of secret authentication

According to the new security norms, every associate of the company should be trained on the new security rules. As a part of this all the associates were given tips about forming passwords.

Characteristics of a good Passwords:
1) Easy to remember
2) A mix of alphabets(lower & uppercase), number & signs
3) Not related to you or your belongings
4) Changed every 15 days

Here goes an example of a good password:

J&jWut++ ( Jack and Jill went up the hill )

Everyday I use a minimum of 10 passwords and all of them expire every month. How the hell will I come up with 10 passwords every month and how the heck would I remember them?

There cant be a single password for all of them. If cracked...we are totally exposed. We cant have finger print recognition or retina scan as they would cost too much.

Is there any simple solution? No Idea!!!
